While there may be some unscrupulous private detectives in London, you can rest assured that SPS Investigations always works within the confines of UK law. We have an intrinsic understanding of the various regulations that govern the work we do, including privacy laws such as GDPR.
Due to the exceptionally complex nature of our work — and the highly specific nature of each case — we don’t offer fixed-price services. Instead, we fully assess the client’s requirements before creating a fully costed and bespoke action plan.
Yes, but only if it’s performed within the confines of UK law by professional and experienced private detectives. We have developed a highly specialised approach to surveillance that guarantees the legality of our operations.
Yes, we work diligently to ensure all our reports are clear, concise, accurate and suitable for use in legal proceedings.
No, phone tapping, hacking computers and accessing digital communications without consent are illegal in the UK. All of these actions also go against our code of conduct.
Absolutely. We will never share our findings or reports with anyone but you or a nominated individual. We won’t even discuss your case with anyone else unless we have your permission.
No, our responsibilities begin and end with the gathering of evidence. However, we may liaise with law enforcement authorities if we uncover serious criminal activity during the course of our investigations.
Yes, if the nature of the investigation allows it. For example, we can carry out digital searches and background checks remotely from our London offices.
Our main office is located in Kensington within the W8 postcode. We’re based just a short walk from the beautiful Kensington Gardens. We have a second office in Mayfair, which is sandwiched between Hyde Park and the world-famous Covent Garden area. But we’re a mobile private detective agency with intrinsic knowledge of every square inch of London — including the NW8 and E8 postcodes and the areas in West and South West London.
